The original – the first water-cooled refrigeration system specifically designed for wine cellars and manufactured in Canada since 1986. Ideal for use with closed loop condenser water, chilled water, and geothermal systems with entering water temperatures as high as 95 deg F. Domestic water can also be used and flow is regulated internally to ensure water conservation. No air venting required. Easy plug-and-play installation – a refrigeration technician is not required. Regular maintenance and servicing not required. System can be installed in a space adjacent to the wine cellar, or can be built-into millwork. Heavy gauge non-ferrous (aluminum) construction with stainless steel fasteners. 1” rigid insulation with double wall construction. German engineered and constructed evaporator fan (quiet scroll cage blower). Extremely robust German engineered compressor. All the features of a commercial refrigeration system including high and low pressure safety switches, high and low pressure side refrigerant access fittings, and stainless steel thermal expansion valve. All units are equipped with condensate pumps – a gravity drain is never required. A cupro-nickel coaxial condenser and a dip coated evaporator (industrial tube thickness) resist failure. All units are pressure tested and CSA certified to Canadian and US standards.
